To start with building Service Mapping do we need to create a Business Service?

Hi all,

I am starting with the Service Mapping implementation of building a service map, I had few queries as follows:

 

1. Do we need to create a Business Service before building a service map?

2. Also how to map Business Service to the Application Service which is being build?

3. What is the end-to-end process for implementing a Service Map in ServiceNow?
