Top offender reporting (alerts)

Hello everybody . I need to set up an alert report with specific filters such as start date and end date, group by (host Class and Location), management, host, class, location, regional and severity. This report is to check which were the biggest offenders in a certain period, that is, I need the report to show the number of alerts with a specific short description using interactive filters, so that the number of alerts of that type can be identified. Anyone who has done something similar? It seems complex to me.

we have not done Interactive Filter but we made a Real Time Dashboard- CIs with Big No of ALERTS/Incidents.
