Currently we are trying to gathering information about how to proceed with predictive AIOPs incase the target state design is aligned to AMA, where we will use Azure monitor metrics, log analytics in ServiceNow.
So if someone has implemented this in their organization using AMA agent instead of ACC client, Please put your valuable comments to this, it will be helpful to finding the roadmap to procced further.
