UI Actions and Related Lists not working in Service Operations Workspace

I have made a copy of the Record SNC in the UI builder for the Service Operations Workspace. I then added the User Presence to the form. Now while on this new copy of the record, none of the UI actions nor the reference fields will let me search.

 

For example, when going to and INC, I can not add a Configuration Item. I also can not go to the Related Lists under Time Worked and click New. 

 

Wonder if anyone has any ideas when a copy would cause these to break.

 

In this below example, click the new button and nothing happens. On the Configuration Item reference field, click the magnifying glass and it will not bring open the search:
