Hi All
PFA screenshot , After upgrade to Orlando , I am not able to connect SCOM from my dev SNOW instance
Error::
EVENTS
-------------------------------------------------------------
Credentials not found, id: 05d5fd431b8b9450081862ce6e4bcb42testEventConnection FAILURE: Username not provided
Can someone suggest me possible reasons??

As mentioned check if credentials are correct and present in the credentials table. Also restart the mid server to see if it helps

If the username and credentials are same the mid server is selected on the mid server or not?

Able to figure out the issue :
Due to a BAD cloning in DEV instance the credential table was corrupted. As a result, ServiceNow was unable to Pull/decrypt the SCOM credentials which is used to PULL the SCOM events.
