Unable to Create Incident Using Scheduled Job

Hi, 

How can I create an incident weekly once using a scheduled job? I have tried, but I'm unable to create the incident from the scheduled job.  please help me?

Hi @HarikrishH ,

You don't have to write script for this unless the incident contains the dynamic content

create a template

and create a record in Scheduled Entity Generation table(scheduled job)

and select the schedule and template that was created.

and click on execute now for testing
