Unable to discover list of Oracle software's and SOA Suite Application via ServiceNow Discovery

We're able to discover the servers (Linux, Oracle, etc.) in ServiceNow via discovery source. However, we unable to discover the list software's installed on the Oracle and SOA Suite Servers which is used for licensing purpose.
Is there any pre-requisite to be done for this?

Hi,
Software installed tab gets the details from discovery. So what system are you trying to discover OR already discovered and unable to find it in the software installed tab?

Thanks for your reply. I'm trying to discover Oracle SOA Servers using the ServiceNow discovery source and related applications to be shown under the software installed tab.

Hi Vignesh,
I am not aware of Oracle SOA servers. But if these are Linux based then you can try to discover via SSH and see the results.
