VIO discovery as LPAR/servers

We are trying to discover some VIO servers and make them show up of servers (since that is technically what they are), but we are getting errors. Some seem to work just fine (no cutom coding).  Is there some sort of pattern out there for this other than discovering them through the HMC or can someone see the error below and let me know where to go from here?  I can get the commands that need to be ran if we need a custom pattern, but I currently have not dabbled in creating custom probes.

Are you using our IBM Virtualization Patterns?

I'm using whatever comes out of the box. I wish there was a place where others have uploaded patterns they have made (if there is, can someone direct me to it?!).
