We are running vCenter Discovery in our Instance. After our latest discovery, we found few VMware Virtual machine Instance has Status as 'Retired', Operational Status is 'Operational' and the State is 'ON'.
In Orlando docs I found
But this is not our Case, In our case Operational Status is 'Operational' and we are newyork version. Please suggest what could the problem in our case.
Thanks,
Priyanka

Hi,
This is handled in Script include used by sensor script for the VCenter probe. BTW this was an enhancement done in Orlando and not in NY. So you have to upgrade.
Thanks,
Ashutosh

Hi Ashutosh,
If I understand correctly, you are saying for NewYork version If the VMware Virtual machine Instance is removed/deleted. The fields updated will be Status as 'Retired', Operational Status is 'Operational' and the State is 'ON'(if it was ON earlier).
Are these the correct field updates?

Is this print screen from Orlando or NY release?
I have the same issue as Priyanka for a NewYork instance...
