We want to create Distribution List using microsoft exchange online spoke. we have integration Hub subscription as well with our client. Please suggest the best way to achieve this requirement.

We have the same requirement - administering distribution lists is the number 1 request type that hits the service desk. The last time I checked though, Microsoft have not published any Exchange API that allows for the creation/update of DLs which is why ServiceNow are not able to offer a spoke for it.

Going to investigate the PowerShell option instead.

@Michael Todd Hi Michael, the addition and removal of members from a DL is also the most requested item for our client's help desk. We are looking for automation of below two processes:
1. Approval automation - This is currently manual and can only be automated if the DL information such as owner is available in ServiceNow for automated approval routing.
2. Fulfilment automation - This can be automated when the addition or removal of members can be automated in a DL in Microsoft Exchange Online.
