My company has a requirement, we want to integrate ServiceNow ITOM with an external monitoring tool. The monitoring tool should send data via MID Server to ServiceNow.
To ensure high availability, we want also to do load balancing. To implement this, I am planning to create a web server on a load balancing cluster. My questions are :
- What would be the URL of this cluster ?
- In ServiceNow documentation I found that it is possible for fail-over cluster, but in the tool, I see that I can select also a Load Balancing Cluster, but I am not sure if it will work. Have you ever done this ?
