This is a great list, but I would not say that every ServiceNow Developer needs all these skills. My experience has been that people with more of a design/web design focus work on the CMS/presentation aspects of the system while others with more of a process focus handle the backend work on Access Control, Business Rules, etc.

Exactly ... I personally agree to this ... I do lack the design skills and my organization tends to use me more on backend work

Same here I am pretty good at data modelling, workflow and scripting. I am working on my html, css, jelly skills. I think in a organization you can have a web developer(none ServiceNow) to work with a ServiceNow developer and will make a good team in building a CMS.

I would agree with this. I do mostly process/backend development and I seldom do anything with CMS b/c our company has people that specialize in that sort of thing. However if you are working at a smaller company you may have to have a wider array knowledge. Something like CMS can be a mountain to climb by yourself and even if you already know HTML/CSS/Jelly doesn't mean you have an eye for design.
