Hi,
1) What Credentials are required to discover IP network device's?
Answer: SNMP or SSH.
2) What is the life cycle of discovery?
3) What port should be open to discover SSH and WMI device's?

4) If a Device supports SSH and SNMP both which probe will be triggered first?
Answer: SSH because it has priority over SNMP.

Horizontal is used for Discovery and Top Down for Service mapping.

Answer: Application and Infrastructure.

Answer: Both Application and INfra
11) What is identification, Extension and Classification Sections in pattern?
12) What is difference between SNMPv2 and V3?

Asnwer: Go to Credentials in ServiceNOw and check.
14) What is classification in Discovery?
Answer: It classifies if the device is WMI, UNIX,etc based on Shazzam probes port scan.
TIPS: Please read through documents and take course from ServiceNOw to get updated and learn about discovery.
