I created CI and mentioned operational status to NON- Operational.
When Service-Now discovered successfully, this status should be change to Operational. so i can consider discover is working. i want to do this setup ..so please help

Prabu,
If that is your goal to see that discovery is working there are many, many more OOB methods to see that discovery is working. Including
- Discovery status records showing that the CI is updated
- Most recent discovery date is current to the last discovery scan
- Discovery Source is servicenow
- Audit history showing attributes being created/updated to the last discovery scan

Hi Prabhu,
You can achive this by creating BR's & Scheduled Job on Server table.
Whenever server creates & value on discovery source filed you can create BR's. on Existing CI's you can create Scheduled Job to update Operational status.
