Its hard to lean ITOM in PID because it needs a infra to discovery, monitor and orcherstrate.

CSM is easly to learn in PID as its a module which needs customization and modification which is easily possibe with plugin installation.

Which Certification is easy to attain in terms of cost?

Both are from CIS category so the cost is same for csm and itom
