Hi Community ,
we are preforming Agent client collector discover to discover windows machine .
i have installed one agent in the windows machine host the status is up ,but its unable to collect the data below is the screenshot for reference .
when i grab the agent log file i saw a error popped up here :

what needs to be done like is this issue belong from the host machine or servicenow instance .
can some one help me out in this .
