Why Firewalls related tables like
'Palo Alto Firewall Devices' [cmdb_ci_firewall_device_palo_alto]
Cisco Firewall Devices [cmdb_ci_firewall_device_cisco]
We want to create few firewalls in those tables, but NEW button is disabled OOTB.
We want to delete few entries, but Delete option is disabled
We wanted to see the audit (History-> List) but audit is disabled.
Why so?
PS - Its a new customer instance. Same behavior in all instances.

Please check if you have 'Firewall Audits and Reporting' application installed. It adds ACLs restricting access to firewall tables:

Hey @Alex Lamykin Thanks for pointing out that. That was the issue.
Someone had activated but its not being used. Just tried uninstalling that app and works fine without any modifications.
Now the only thing I am wondering is, why Audit is disabled for this table.

Auditing is disabled by default on many CMDB tables.
As far as I understand, this is because auditing a huge number of frequently updated records can create excessive traffic and affect performance.
