Why XML Payload shows one liner in my instance?

Hi Experts,

Can someone help me understand as why I am just seeing a line when I click on XML payload of any record from ECC Queue.

while in all other videos or tutorial what I see is a formatted XML document when they click on XMLPayload button. See attached picture for more clarity.

Hi, this may depend on the actual payload as line breaks\pretty formatting are not a requirement outside of the tags. Or the editor or browser used to view the record.

in my instance I see this everywhere. So I assume that is not the case with me.

Try using the XML viewer feaure on SNUtils extension just time ctr + / and type xml

Thanks for your help here Amit. However I could not follow your steps. May be I am too naive too it. Can you please simply it for me?
