Hi @Phanindra N
Use MID Server Account: MID Server will use the Windows account under which it is running to authenticate, useful when this account has sufficient privileges across all target systems.
Uncheck the Option: You define specific credentials in ServiceNow to be used by the MID Server for Windows authentication, helpful when different systems require different credentials or higher levels of privilege.
This option provides flexibility depending on how your network and security policies are structured.
I hope my answer helps you to resolve you issue, if yes please mark my answer helpful and correct.
thank you
