Hi,
We have 2 accounts to discover Windows Server (the same name one is local and one is domain). Both of our accounts are getting locked and it is failing our discovery. Is there a way where can we check on which server is failing?
Checking with the network or windows team will help?
Having a different name will help?

I think your issue might be that the Domain and Local account is the same name. This is likely causing both passwords to be attempted, and therefore would be locked out after trying on so many servers.
I would troubleshoot like this:
- Disable the local credential, and see if your AD account gets locked out
- Create a new name for the local account

Hi Prateek,
The below points might helpful.
- Both the accounts are getting locked at the same time?
- Account gets locked due to multiple attempts of login(Wrong password). Can you try to check the reason of locked out? you can check the event viewer on the windows server if you have exact time of being locked out. Or seek windows team help to check
- Try running manual discovery and see how it works with both the accounts.
Hope the above points are helpful.
Thanks,
Raj
