I am new with Work flow , can some one help me to create this work flow ..it would be really great help and learning process  for me

There's half a dozen different ways to pull this off, and we really don't know enough about your environment.
Is this a Catalog Item in your catalog?  Or is it some custom table with its own flow and a record producer?

I already Created a Catalog Item.need to work on flow .

I would suggest try to use flow designer if it's not much complex
