Zabbix Connector not working.

Our Zabbix Connector stopped working a while ago and I've been tasked with trying to fix it. I've been looking over documentation and have found some suggestions for troubleshooting, but they don't seem to be working. The main change I've made is updating the connector definition to the new Zabbix_V2, suggested in another forum. I've also tried updating the MID Servers but that's not working either. No matter the changes I make I continue to receive the error message 'Can not find a MID Server to use for Metric Collection.' I haven't been able to find any documentation on this specific error, so looking for suggestions on how to correct this.

Hi @phaug ,
Looking at the error it seems this is caused due to MID Server.
Check the MID server configurations, if Zabbix is directed to the correct Server.
Can you please check the MID server properties. If its status is active and connected.
If there has been any changes to the MID server like an upgrade or so, you might need to update few properties.
You should also check the creds again
Also you should try to revert the upgrade of the Zabbix connect to ensure if that not cause of the issue.
If the above solutions don't work then try raising a HI case for this and get help from ServiceNow.

Few questions
1) Does the connector and mid server are on same version?
2)Did you added properties in mid server to support operational intelligence?
3)If you have added the properties: did you check the logs to see if their are any errors?
4)If all of the above are fine : did you check the steps mentioned in the docs : https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-operations-management/page/product/event-manageme...
if none of this worked then try HI case.
