Your ServiceNow Sales Representative is your main contact, and can put you in touch with the appropriate ServiceNow resources or departments. If you're not able to reach your Sales Representative, contact the Sales Office closest to you.

Can I get in touch with existing ServiceNow customers?

For references, talk to your Sales Representative. Selected customers' success stories are available on the Customer Success page of the ServiceNow website.

Where do I find legal documents regulating the use of ServiceNow?

Who can I contact if I'm having a technical problem?

Contact ServiceNow Support.

Can I open an incident directly?

Yes, you can open an incident from the HI Service Portal.

Where can I find a list of authorized ServiceNow partners?

To locate a ServiceNow partner in your region, access the Find a Partner page on the ServiceNow website.   Use the filters to restrict the search to a specific geography.

Who's my primary point of contact within Professional Services?

If you are actively engaged with ServiceNow Professional Services, the assigned Engagement Manager is your primary contact.   If you are not but would like to engage ServiceNow Professional Services, please contact your Sales Representative.

How do I request Remote Services hours?

Please log into the HI Service Portal, then look for the Remote Services widget and click the "Create New RS Request" link. Express customers can see a detailed video of the process in the Introduction to the ServiceNow Express page of the Express Support site.
