We are experience issue with Kiosk Checkin. the Walk-up Locations Kiosk is only allowing 1 Walkup Tech Agent to check in and we need more tech agents to be checked in at the same time at the same walk-up location? where is that configured to allow multiple technicians to be available and checked in at the same time for same location/kiosk?
When one Walkup Tech is checked in and the 2nd Walkup Tech goes to check in gets this Invalid Value on Update Error. Both agents have the correct walkup roles and permissions

Is it possible to have guests who have booked an appointment, check in on the walk-up portal and not have it create a separate interaction, but instead confirm that the appointment has arrived?
