For the Tokyo release, you can leverage Language Detection and Dynamic Translation for ITSM Virtual Agent. This will increase support for global organizations utilizing the Virtual Agent to deflect incidents and enhance self-service.

Hey, does this also work for cases where a user wants to chat with an actual agent? Is the agent also able to reply in their preferred language (which might be different from the platform language)?
