As the ServiceNow product team, we are constantly in touch with customers to better understand how they are using our product. In recent conversations, we discovered that there is a need for team leads/ admins to be able to view walk-up interactions by location. We have come up with a small How-To (see attachment), as well as its related ServiceNow metadata records that will allow you to get up and running with this capability.
