Users in Jakarta Patch 9, 9a, 9b, 9c and Kingston Patch 6 Versions might run into issues with Order Guides in Service Portal where the client script doesn’t load. This issue is only isolated to Order guides in Service Portal and doesn’t affect the Platform UI.

Fixed Versions:

  • Jakarta Patch 9 Hot fix 4 (Entitlement needs to requested by Territory Manager or SAM) - 
    Important: If you were  upgraded by QPP to Jakarta Patch 9a, 9b, 9c this hot fix is not available.

  • Jakarta Patch 10

  • Kingston Patch 6 Hot Fix 5 (Entitlement needs to be requested by the Territory Manager or SAM)

  • Kingston Patch 7 (Currently available to all the customers)
