プラグイン「KCS Integration for Incident Management」の適用を検討しているのですが、
どのようなメリット・デメリットがあるか教えてください。

I think there is benefit like more accurately you will get knowledge article in incident management. you need a mature and well setup Knowledge management  to use the KCS at full.
