1 approval request to approve/reject multiple requests

I have a list of multiple request to be approved, I understand that on the list view of the table sysapproval_approver, they can select multiple records and then select the option to reject/approve like the example below:

but instead of this I would like to know if there is a way to have 1 request with a button or something similar to approve/reject all of them. Is it possible to approve/reject multiple approvals request in 1 single approval request ?

Hi @Jose Santos Alv,

I think it is not possible to have one single approval for multiple requests.

• On approval record, we will have a Document ID field which is reference and that holds a single request.
• There could a scenario like, lets say, there are 5 requests assigned to a single approval. And among 5, 4 can approved and one needs to be rejected. In this case, what could a approver do? Approve/Reject?
  If he approves, that one record which should be rejected will be approved. 
  He cant reject as it would be unfair to hold the records which can be approved and processed further.
