1 user is not able to see the module in servicnow.

Hi All,

 

in my servicenow instance one user are not able to see one module's data I have checked multiple time that user is active. I have compare that user with another user they both have same roles and groups. still one user are able to see that module's data and another user not. Please let me know what is the issue behind that. you can see below screen snap.

I guess your user is able to see module in left navigation. But user cannot see any data in the 'Items' table.

If this is the case then check the before Query business rules on your table. There must be some additional query added to restrict user from accessing others records.

Hi @keval3 I could see the filter over there, can you remove the filter and check? Also check if there are query business rule written on that table

Hi, yes if you expect module then you should check in left navigation pane. Normally, it should save sys_app_ module table. May your module name configured with condition for visibility. Ex role can be defined. I doubt the same role and condition not matched for your mentioned user. Pls chk.
