504 timeout error in outbound http logs for rest message

Timeout error in http timeout error for outbound rest message. This is coming frequently. Please help us here

@Nagasri check the other system you are integrating with, this does not seems to be an issue with servicenow.

Try using POSTMAN and check if you are still getting the same error. 

You may need to Iinvolve the other system and debug.

seems the 3rd party you are connecting is having some issue and is unable to handle your requirement

There could be many reasons for this such as server overload, connection failure

Did you not test the 3rd party API via postman?

Check with them how much request they can handle. Ask them sample JSON request format etc
