a '0' is coming in multichoce question field in catalog item form

see the above picture , there is one multi choice question field in one item which has total 4 values but one value is inactive false , other 3 are inactive true , but in all other instance its showing 3 values but only in one instance its showing an extra '0' , how to remove this , please help on this.

Okay! Only inactive with false values should be visible in multiple choices.

Have you checked, Is there any Catalog Client scripts through which new choice will get added?
