Hi,
In Servicenow a call with priority High is breaching in 4 hours during Business hours (this threshold is set by the administrator).
I am trying to make a report that shows all the tickets that are about to breached within 30 minutes.
How can i do that? I was thinking about using the field "Business time left" or "business time percentage". This is what i got so far:
