A report on the Incident Table

An ITIL user has access to all the attributes of sys_user_group table when they run the report.
However, if they run the report on the Incident table and dot walk to sys_user_group attributes to be included in their report, the values from group table do not show up in this report.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Atul: Thanks for your response. However, the values from the group table do not populate once a report is created on Incident table and dot walked to sys_user_group. all help is appreciated. Thanks.

I added all fields of assignment group by dot walk and here is report in my PDI.

Hi @Zubair Alam2,
Did you dot-walk on the Assignment Group field in the Incident record?
ITIL users have access to the [sys_user_group] fields and it should all be visible in the report.
Do you have any custom ACL on the [sys_user_group] or the [incident] tables?
