A weekly report showing tickets raised each day

Hi,

 

I am sure this is yet another simple thing to do and I am not looking in the right place. I would like to create a report for all team leaders that would be run weekly that shows calls opened each day of the week and what the status is. currently if I run the report by opened and assigned to it displays the opened in number of days/weeks instead of Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday etc. I have tried varients of grouped by assigned team with stacked as opened and vice versa.

 

Any thoughts?

try running a tend chart with the trend field of opened by day...

Make a Trend chart, group by State, set the filter criteria to be "Opened" "on" "Last week" and "Assignment group" "is (dynamic)" "One of my groups", and Trend on "Opened" per "Day". Is this what you are looking for?



You may need to rely on doing this as a trend chart and placing it on a "Team leader dashboard", rather than a list chart because this won't be easy with a list.

When I create a Trend Chart by Day it groups all the calls created on a Tuesday together regardless of the date? is it possible to group by created and seperate out days



List of Incidents Created in the past month grouped by date created?
