Hi, is there any way to paste screen shots into the incident / service request form while creating ticket ? Lot of cutomers are asking about this feature on our side. How have you handled this apart from attaching the document?

Hi Daniel,
When I tried to copy paste image from a web page, the image pastes into the html field but that image is saved as a link to that webpage. Is there a way that I can save that image to the ticket? it is because I may not get access to that image if it has been removed from that webpage.
Please refer,
Save image to ticket that is copied from webpage

I Just went into the Dictionary entry for the Description field and changed it from whatever it was to HTML. That gives you the full HTML editing bar and allows you to paste pics directly into the Description field.

Pasting directly into an HTML formatted form in ServiceNow can be done with IE11 & FireFox 28 without config changes.
The following browsers do not provide this option out of the box - Safari 5.1.7 and Chrome 34.0.1847.116 m

Thanks for the info. Do you know how simple or difficult the config changes to older browsers would be to allow pasting graphics into HTML fields? While my team uses Firefox when necessary, they'd certainly rather use other browsers.

I have not spent the time to see what configuration changes you need to make to have the other browsers work. I just know those are working without any changes made at the moment. Good luck!
