Hi, is there any way to paste screen shots into the incident / service request form while creating ticket ? Lot of cutomers are asking about this feature on our side. How have you handled this apart from attaching the document?

I know Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE11 (possibly IE10 too) allow pasting images into HTML fields.

I am using Chrome v. 37.0.2062.120 m and cannot get screen caps to paste into HTML fields. I can do it easily with IE. Has anyone gotten this to work on Chrome? I am doing simple Alt+PrtScrn and Ctrl-V to paste.
Anyone with advice?

Hi Andrew,
I have Firefox 33 installed and try a simple copy and paste.. Can you expound on exact steps? We have the KB module basically out of the box (nothing really custom) at this point.
Thanks for any info.

Keep in mind that browsers that do not support pasting images into HTML fields will also be unable to display images pasted using a browser that supports this feature. For example, a user with IE8 will not only be unable to paste an image but also will not see images pasted by other users who have IE11 or Firefox.

For those who have got this working - Have you got it working on UI14?
In addition which TinyMCE HTML editor are you using?
