Hi, is there any way to paste screen shots into the incident / service request form while creating ticket ? Lot of cutomers are asking about this feature on our side. How have you handled this apart from attaching the document?

Same problem for us - not working with UI14 - and the TinyMCE editor is very limited compared to the"old" one 😞

I got it to work in UI14 by changing the the system property glide.ui.html.editor from TinyMCE to html editor.

Anthony, what syntax did you use for the 'Choices' field.
Thanks

Hi Angus,
In the choices field it is listed as htmlArea=htmlarea, TinyMCE=tinymce
In the value field I changed it from "tinymce" to "htmlarea".
I hope this helps.
Cheers

htmlArea is an old and extremely buggy editor that was actually replaced by TinyMCE a while ago. It is of course up to you to decide which one to use but if you are using the Knowledge Base, be ready for complaints from your knowledge content writers.
