Hi, is there any way to paste screen shots into the incident / service request form while creating ticket ? Lot of cutomers are asking about this feature on our side. How have you handled this apart from attaching the document?

Hi Ruchi,
I've created an update set on share for this issue. With it you can attach image to incident from the clipboard. It work with the incident form and from record producer. Currently only IE11, Edge and Chrome are supported
Reference in Share:
- Link = https://share.servicenow.com/app.do#/detailV2/9970873413f8a2001d2abbf18144b0ea/overview
- Subject = Attach screenshots to incident from clipboard
Regards
Jean-Luc

Actually, it appears that the 'Post' button below additional comments/work notes has disappeared in IE. Looking in to why that is happening, but yea 😞

Ok, so...I got it to work, but if I place it anywhere near the additional comments/work notes area, the post button disappears. I'm assuming it has something to do with the html perhaps? Which is weird because the </div> closes that out, but that's my only guess.
If anyone knows how to get it near those comments, that would be great info!
For now, we've placed it under the Short Description on our incident form.
It works, just seems out of place a little. Not that big of a deal though.

Hey
In Paris/Quebec it works great for other ticket types like RITM, CTASK, etc, but is no longer working with Incident. When you past in a screen shot nothing seems to happen, but this error shows up in the console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'clipboardData')
at HTMLDivElement.pasteAttachmentChrome (js_includes_customer.jsx:353)
So far it's only for Incident. Any chance you could look at it/update your share?
Thanks!
