Access MRVS Values and Populate a Variable Outside the MRVS

How can I access Multi-Row Variable Set (MRVS) values and store them in a Single Line Text variable outside the MRVS?

I have created a catalog item containing an MRVS. Inside the MRVS, I have a DNS Type select box variable and a DNS Value single line text variable in the catalog item. When a user selects a value in the DNS Type field, the selected value should automatically be displayed in a Single Line Text variable outside the MRVS.

Could you please suggest the best approach to access MRVS values and populate a variable outside the MRVS?

My requirement is to have a Select Box variable called DNS inside an MRVS, which contains four options: Test1, Test2, Test3, and Test4. Outside the MRVS, I have a catalog item variable called Confirmed DNS Value (Single Line Text).

When a user selects DNS values across multiple MRVS rows, I need those selected values to be automatically populated in the Confirmed DNS Value field as a comma-separated list.

My requirement is to have a Select Box variable called "DNS" inside an MRVS, which contains four options: Test1, Test2, Test3, and Test4.

When a user selects DNS values such as Test1 and Test2 in the MRVS, those selected values should automatically populate the "Confirmed Value" variable on the parent catalog item form.

The "Confirmed Value" field should be updated dynamically whenever the DNS value changes within the MRVS.
