Access to a related list(Attached knowledge)

How to give access to Attached knowledge related list to a user?

User has ITIL and Knowledge role

Hi Manohar,

In "Attached Knowledge" related list, access for creating new or attaching any ticket is not granted. It's only for purpose of displaying those KB Articles in which

find_real_file.png has any record, so that record's "Attached Knowledge" related list will display this KB article entry.

In case you want to give access to create new/attach KB article from ticket (INC etc) so configure related list and bring this one on the ticket form.
