Access to Change module only and records assigned to particular group

Hi Community,

I have a requirement where I have a 3rd party that are going to manage some of our changes.

In doing so we need to lock down our instance so that they only have access to the change module, but also have the ability to create and process changes assigned to them only and am looking for guidance and best practice for this.

As per my experience,  when it come to 3rd party we did not allow them to use the native view and just imaging of you have 20-30 3rd parties it is tough to manage all on native side. The solution we implemented for customer is portal. the 3rd party log the change from there and auto assigned based on rule/ flow the change to one team make that field editable on portal.

if you want to go for native view

- Create a specific group with only change write role

-ACL or BR to see only these changes might be you can use category or template or model to find out those changes.

- Make assignment group read only for 3rd party.
