Hi All,
I'm running into an issue where I need to apply a write ACL to the variables on the Requested Item table after creating a request from the Service Catalog. I've attempted to apply the solution found here: Adding ACLs To The Incident And Change Variable Editor | Service Now Gems with no success in being able to apply an ACL to the variables as a whole. Any help or ideas are appreciated!
Thanks,
David

I have not heard of write ACls on variables. Though we can add read/write Roles in the variable itself. Check if it helps.

According to solution give, we have to edit sys_glide_object variable field. But now we don't have rights to edit those.
So solution mentioned above by Bhavesh is most easiest way to manage variables.
