Activate Agile Development Plugins that comes with ITSM license

I have a customer that subscribed for ITSM Pro licences that comes with 1 Agile Team license (PROD12492).

1. How can customer activate the plugins?

2. What are the typical use cases and features available?

1. There is plugin > Aglie Developement 2.0 from servicenow store. good thing is its also avaible on PDI. you can install and explore the featrues.

2. When it comes to use cases > The aglie 2.0 comes with basic ootb configured modules like Epic, stories, themes, defects and enahancements etc... You can customize them as needed.
