Hi,
Does anyone know how to get the actual status of the user logged in ServiceNow?
When I say status please dont direct me to "Logged in Users " or "User Presence" or "User " tables as the data given there is "logged in".Ii want to know is exactly as how Skype gives.
To elaborate, when the user is logged in and takes a break by locking the computer,ServiceNow shows the user as logged in but Skype shows "Away".
I would like to have this actual status/time known in ServiceNow for multiple situations that i am working on.
Kindly let me know if anyone has any idea on this. Also, this is urgent.
Thanks,
Jasmine Rego

Hi Jasmine,
As far as I know, there isn't a "away" state or similar in ServiceNow. Either you are logged in or out.

Hi Goran,
Thanks for your reply. But is there any way I can get the report on the users who are available (Actually available at the moment) and have not locked their system?
Thanks,

Hmm.. I doubt that. since this is just a web application and not a real application installed on the computer like skype. But I would say this is beyond my tech-level 😛
