Activity filter is not showing the fields that are updated

I am having a custom table with few fields . When some changes are made for the fields, that is not getting captured in the Activity filter. I even configured the field in the activity filter by clicking on the filter icon.

But still updated fields are not getting displayed.

I have added Serial Number field recently to this filter activity. But nothing is getting displayed.

Is audit turned off on those fields? Can you check the dictionary of those field, if no_audit is set.

 I could see the field as audit, it is set to false.

But I dont see anything as no_audit,where it would be?

Can you turn on audit for one field and see if it works when you make a change

I made audit as true and checked again, update is still not coming
