Add Additional Approvers on Change

Hi there,

I have a query on Approvals for Change, on our old London instance we had an option to add additional approvers to changes like below: 

Clicking the edit button would then allow us to add additional approvers.

I want to add this to our Madrid instance (see below) but cannot work out how, I believe it's a UI action but cannot see how to add to the approval section:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
