Add groups to visual task boards

Instead of people across the top, I would like to route incidents to groups with visual task boards. Is this possible?

I should have prefaced, I want this for a guided board.

If you generated the Visual Task Board off the assignment group field, that would give you the groups across the top, for the different lanes.



It appears that the 'members' bit is part of how visual task boards work, not sure what value you'd gain from having groups rather than people there.   If the different lanes are the groups then you'll be able to drag and drop tasks around.


thanks, yeah, i did get the groups in diff lanes working, but i was more wanting groups instead of members at the top, the reason for this is our help desk routes to groups and allows members of those groups to pick up the incident instead of the help desk needing to know individuals they just know groups instead..
