Add manager's approval for standard change request

i have requirement to add managers approval for standard change request.

Please help me in detail with minimum steps.

Greetings!!

To do this you need to update the flow like we have in the OOTB. OOTB is mainly work on Model and model has change approval and state transtions. So i will recommend have a look in OOTB standard change and flow to update.
