Add "Propose a new Standard Change Template" option on create a new change request page

We need to add an option called "Propose a New Standard Change Template" under the Standard Change section on the "Create New Change Request" page. Please provide guidance or suggest the best approach to implement this?

Hi @Bhumika_Patil 

This is not feasible, as the screenshot you shared is from the Change Model, which is just an interface. Standard changes are raised using templates, and these are stored in a separate table. Additionally, not everyone has permission to request or propose standard change templates. Therefore, it's better to keep it as is and use the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality.
